Filter Works Technology, LLC guarantees all of its systems to be free from defects in workmanship when operated under recommended conditions. If within three (3) months from date of starting and not more than one (1) year from date of shipment, if any parts sold by Filter Works prove to be defective in workmanship or material, they will be replaced or repaired free of charge, F.O.B. Janesville, Wisconsin.

Filter Works Technology, LLC assumes no liability for consequential damages of any kind and the purchaser, by acceptance of delivery, assumes all liability for the consequences of the use or misuse of Filter Works' products by the purchaser, his employees or others, including, but not limited to, personal authorization of Filter Works systems.

Under no circumstances will Filter Works be responsible for any expense in connection with any repairs made by anyone other than the factory, unless such repairs have been specifically authorized in writing. Outside purchased equipment and accessories are guaranteed only to the extent of the original manufacturer's guarantee by the manufacturer.

This expressed warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, obligations or liabilities expressed or implied by Filter Works Technology, LLC or its representatives.
