OIL DOES NOt WEAR OUT, IT JUST GETS DIRTY!
Although not advertised, a well-known fact is that oil like any mineral does not lose its effectiveness as long as it is free of contaminates. When oil is reprocessed it is as good as new. The U.S. Bureau of Standards has officially stated, “Oil does not wear out mechanically.”
A REFINING PROCESS
The Oil Refiner by Filter Works acts as a small refinery that continues a “refining process” RIGHT IN THE ENGINE…. The Oil Refiner removes micron-sized particles from the oil before they can physically harm engines or chemically change the additives. With soot and contaminant particles removed, oil maintains viscosity longer and resists oxidation. The Oil Refiner does not remove detergents or additives. Each quart of oil re-circulates thousands of times in your engine collecting particles of dirt, carbon deposits, and even small particles of metal. This is equivalent to coarse sandpaper wearing down the precision surfaces of your engine parts. The Oil Refiner eliminates this condition by keeping your oil analytically cleans continually, allowing for a prolonged engine life.
THE NEW AND IMPROVED OIL REFINER
The improvements over the old Frantz Filter unit is the canister that holds the element is made of highly polished stainless steel and looks like a chrome finish. Stainless steel is needful because the element inside will absorb at least ten ounces of water condensation that forms in the crankcase during short runs and cold weather. This stainless steel canister has a built-in cooler in the center core that helps cool the oil. With the new design when the correct element is used and changed correctly from the topside of the engine, there is never any oil spillage.
