Filter Works Technology, was founded on the vision that by-pass filtration technology would save you, money, time, engine life, natural resources and was kind to the environment. 

Filter Works has sought out and secured the rights from the original inventor (the late -John Frantz) wife Mrs. Frantz. Filter Works is excited to re-introduce and manufacture the latest unit John Frantz had invented “The Oil Refiner”. John Frantz took his original Frantz unit and improved it naming it “The Oil Refiner” with a lot of integrity and great passion. 

Some of the improvements from the original Frantz unit were a larger size, making the changing of the filter element less often while still keeping the vehicle’s oil clean. The new unit also has a cooling fin installed that has the ability to cool the oil. The Oil Refiner is a single unit for cars and small trucks. 

Filter Works seeing the need for larger commercial trucks and machinery’s use of this technology is introducing a larger commercial unit that combines technology with Como Industrial Equipment, Inc. 

Filter Works has expanded the product line by becoming an authorized Como representative. Como has been in business since 1959; they have years of proven experience in all types of oil and water filtration elements. This will allow the units to have a greater filtration down to one micro or less, which is less than cigarette smoke. The elements in these units will be using the latest filtration technology from Como Industrial Equipment, Inc.
